Delivery Terms & Conditions

Forest Products (UK) Ltd aim to deliver your goods within 48hrs of placing your order to any part of the UK Mainland using UK Mail/Business Post.

We do not deliver outside of the UK.

The UK Mainland delivery charge is £6.95. Northern Ireland £10.00 this is associated with packaging, and handling.

Delivery Policy

It is the Customers responsibility to ensure all delivery address/details for the order are correct, Forest Products (UK) Ltd cannot accept any responsibility or costs for non delivery to the intended recipient or losses in such circumstances.

Ensuring that the recipient is going to be at the delivery address, on the day of delivery, remains the responsibility of the customer. Forest Products (UK) Ltd can not accept responsibility or costs incurred in such circumstances e.g. recipient being on holiday etc, on day of delivery.

Forest Products (UK) Ltd can not accept responsibility or any costs incurred as the result of a delay in delivery by DHL due to adverse weather conditions or accident. Where damage has occurred due to such delay, a replacement will be dispatched to the recipient.
