Preserves
All our preserves are made by hand, in small batches using only the best ingredients and we consistently win awards for the quality of our preserves and chutneys. In 2008 awards were given for our Raspberry Jam, Lemon Curd, Stem Ginger, Finest Blackcurrant Extra Jam, Gooseberry & Elderflower Jam, Pink Grapefruit Marmalade and Summer Fruits with Pimms Jam.
