Preserves
All our preserves are made by hand, in small batches using the best ingredients and we consistently win awards for the quality of our preserves and chutneys. In 2010 awards were given for our Blackberry & Apple, Apricot, Rhubarb & Ginger, Pear & Ginger, Summer Fruits with Pimms and Blackcurrant & Sloe Gin jams. Our Orange & Whisky Marmalade won a Taste of the West Gold Award in 2010.
